When I use Typing Pal through my public library’s website, my progression is lost every time I reconnect. Is this normal?

Yes. The Typing Pal software available in public libraries is a collective subscription which does not allow users to record their individual progress. For a personalized experience, we recommend the Typing Pal Home or Personal Edition.
